Deep Tissue Massage in Tucson
Focused, personalized bodywork using sustained pressure and targeted techniques to address stubborn tension while respecting your comfort.
What is deep tissue massage?
Deep tissue massage uses slower strokes, sustained pressure, and focused techniques to work with persistent muscular tension. “Deep” should not mean uncontrolled pain; pressure is adjusted through communication and can be changed at any time.
What to expect: Your therapist will ask where tension is affecting you and what pressure feels productive. A session may concentrate on specific areas rather than treating every part of the body equally. Sharp pain, numbness, or tingling should be reported immediately.
60 minutes — $95 | 90 minutes — $130
Daily, 9 AM–4 PM by appointment in East Tucson.
If you have a medical condition, recent injury or surgery, an active illness or infection, or are under medical care, ask your healthcare professional whether massage is appropriate before booking.
